Happy Holidays! With the colder weather setting in we are starting to think ice fishing here in Northern Michigan. I snuck out one time last week at a small inland lake. There was 4-5 inches where I was sitting just outside of me however the ice was very thin about one inch. Did not have much success one small perch! But it was really nice to get out even for 45 minutes. I fished Mud Lake in Interlochen, right off the boat launch. I have been gearing up for the up coming season!
