We had shaky weather to start the day, after a two hour delay we were allowed to fish. We had a extremely slow start to the day but managed to finish strong! Myles, my little brother top honors for the biggest youth fish! We ended up with a 6th place finish which isn’t necessarily where we wanted to be but happy for Myles! Most importantly we had a fantastic time!
Did a multi boat charter fishing trip with the GTASFA “Grand Traverse Area Sport Fishing Association”. Bringing in people from around the world to learn and experience our fishery. A great time had by all, it sure was foggy all morning however!
Fishing was fantastic today! Fished a few hours and we caught a bunch of fish! Fishing shallow water with short segmants of lead core, and long leads on down riggers. The orange crush spoon from stinger was our best on a three color! The lake trout fishing in Traverse City, Mi is fantastic and is going to continue to be great!
Wow! What a bite today, fished mid day and wow! This fish was the biggest at 12 pounds, he took a standard tin can dodger on a Big Jon down rigger.
