Traverse City Fishing Season is here:

 

The boat is floating, we are really excited for the 2019 fishing season. We have trips lined up starting this weekend. It is going to be a busy season here in Traverse City for us. We are really looking forward to those summer sunrises, and sunsets. There isn’t a better way to catch a sunrise than being on West Bay here in Traverse City. Traverse City Fishing Charters:

Traverse City Walleye Fishing:

The Walleye season is now open here in Michigan. I was able to sneak out and chase after some Walleye and we had a fantastic evening! We managed 14 keeper fish, and 3 other short fish we released. We also were able to catch a few smallmouth in the search for the elusive marble eyes. I look forward to offering Walleye charters in the near future outside of our guided ice fishing.

Northern Michigan Charter Fishing: 

We are getting closer as the days go by here in Northern Michigan. Our long awaited Northern Michigan charter fishing season is almost here. Lakes are loosing ice and giving us hope the end is near! We are beyond excited to get rolling with the new charter fishing season. I will be launching the Storm Hawk the first week of May and charters start May 10. Have availability in May still, it can be some of the fastest action of the season! We have openings throughout the season at this time but prime dates are filling in fast. If you have a date in mind don’t wait book now to secure your day on the water.

Spring is here according to the calendar. It sure does not feel like spring however in Northern Michigan. Currently locked in with ice and snow, still going to be a few weeks until it feels like spring! We are anxiously awaiting the launch of the boat, I am still not sure when that will be with all the ice. I am hopeful the last week of April or first of May, charters start early May.
